For real estate developments

Every lot, on a live map your buyers can explore.

Send us your lot spreadsheet and site plan. We turn them into a map portal where buyers see every lot, its price, size and status, and fall for the one they want before they ever call your sales team.

Why it matters

Buyers want to see the land, not a PDF.

Most developments sell from a spreadsheet the sales team keeps, a site plan image, and a lot of WhatsApp messages answering the same questions. Buyers can't tell where a lot sits, what it looks onto, or whether it's still for sale.

Today
  • A price list that's out of date the moment it's sent
  • A flat site plan with no sense of slope, trees or views
  • Your team answering "which lots are left?" one buyer at a time
With Lotscape
  • One link that always shows current availability and prices
  • Each lot drawn on real satellite or drone imagery, with your site plan on top
  • Buyers arrive at a call already knowing the two lots they like
How it works

You keep your spreadsheet. We do the mapping.

01 · Send what you have

Your lot sheet and site plan

A Google Sheet or Excel file with lot numbers, sizes, prices and status, plus your master plan, survey, KML or CAD files. Photos, renders and home designs too.

02 · We map every lot

Drawn on the real land

We trace each lot onto satellite or drone imagery, place your site plan on top, and add roads, amenities and points of interest.

03 · Share one link

On your own domain

Send it to buyers, put it on your website, or link it from listings. When a lot changes in the sheet, the map follows.

What buyers get

Everything a buyer asks your team, answered on the map.

Live availability

Lots coloured by status: available, reserved, under contract, sold. Counts update as your sheet does.

Prices and sizes

Price, m² or acres, price per m², all in a sortable list next to the map.

Filters and search

By status, price range, neighborhood, home design or lot number.

A page for every lot

Photos, renders, 360° video, home designs, architect, bedrooms, and anything else you track.

The lay of the land

Drone imagery, contour lines, 3D terrain and sun path, so buyers can judge slope, trees and views.

Amenities and access

Clubhouse, trails, common areas, entrances and lookouts, pinned where they really are.

Works on any phone

Buyers open it from WhatsApp or email and can add it to their home screen. No sign-up.

Your brand, your domain

Your name and logo on a link like lots.yourdevelopment.com. Ours stays out of the way.

Shareable lot links

Every lot has its own link, so your team can send "here's lot 27" and the buyer lands right on it.

Lot pages

Each lot gets the page it deserves.

Whatever your sales team knows about a lot can live on its page, so buyers stop asking and start comparing.

  • Photos, renders and 360° video
From the lot itself or from the homes you offer on it.
  • Home designs and architects
Show which designs fit which lots, with bedrooms, size and build time.
  • The details that close deals
View, topography, trees, nearby creek, soil study, septic, permits. You choose the fields.
  • Resales too
Owners reselling a lot show up alongside your inventory, clearly marked.
Questions

What sales teams ask us.

Do we have to change how we track lots?

No. Keep the spreadsheet your team already uses. We read from it and map the columns you have.

What do you need to get started?

Your lot list and any map of the lots: a master plan image, survey, KML or CAD export. If you have drone imagery, even better; if not, satellite imagery works well.

How do changes get to the map?

When a lot is reserved or a price changes, you update the sheet as usual and the portal is synced from it. New lots or redrawn boundaries we handle for you.

Can it live on our website?

Yes. It can run on a subdomain of yours, like lots.yourdevelopment.com, and you can link to it or embed it from your existing site.

Who is behind this?

Lotscape is built by Pangea Labs, a small mapping and software studio based in San Mateo, Alajuela, Costa Rica. It already runs lot portals for residential communities here.

Let's put your lots on the map.

Send us your lot sheet and site plan, and we'll show you your own development in the portal.
